Shipping & Delivery

BudgetBarstools.com ships its bar stools by one of two ways.  We ship small orders via UPS ground and we ship large orders via truck.  We will route your order using the least expensive method.  Depending on the size of the order, distance shipped, and shipping company used your bar stools may require some assembly.   Pickup is available in Chicago, IL.  If there is freight damage, please make sure to sign for the product as damaged.  After you sign for the package as damaged, please give us a call immediately to notify us of the damaged product.  We will let you know what to do and exactly how we intend to fix it.  Please keep all packing and take pictures.

Privacy & Security

The privacy and security of our customers is our top priority.  Our website is hosted offsite on a secure server.  Our server is managed by Square One Tech http://www.sq1tech.com/contact.php.  To further protect the safety of our customers and visitors, BudgetBarstools.com has acheived GoDaddy Secured Certification.  The credit card information transmitted on over our website uses the latest in Godaddy's 256 bit data encryption.  Please click on the GoDaddy link on the bottom of the page to confirm our identity.  If you would prefer to order over the phone, please give us a call at 800-929-5792.

Returns & Replacements

We do not allow returns on orders larger than 8 units.  If you are planning to purchase more than 8 units and have concerns, please purchase one unit first as a sample.  For orders of less than 8 units, you may return your bar stools unused within 15 days of purchase.  Customer is responsible for the cost of return freight.  Full value of the product will be credited.  Original Freight to customer from manufacturer will not be credited.  If you are unsure of bar stool color, you may request color swatches at no charge.  Please send an email to matt@budgetbarstools.com containing your color requests and your complete address. 

Ordering

You can order any quanity of bar stools from our secure website any hour of the day.  You can order over the phone between the hours of 9am and 5pm central standard time.  We also accept orders via mail.  Please give us a call to make the arrangements that work best for your particular situation.  We are very accomodating.

Pricing

We believe we have some of the best pricing you can find anywhere on the Internet.  We are selling high quality commercial bar stools for the same price that other companies are selling imports of lesser quality.  Our bar stools are made of domestic parts and use domestic Union labor whenver possible.  We offer our lowest price whether you are ordering 1 bar stool or 250 bar stools.  We will do our best to match a compeitors price if you can find a comparable commercial grade metal bar stool at a better price.  We don't think you can.  We charge 10.25% sales tax for all pick up orders and all orders that ship to our Illinois customers. 

Payment Options

We accept many different payment options.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Checks, Money Orders, and Wire Transfers.  We hold all hold business and personal checks for 15 days.  We do not offer open account.  All orders must be paid in advance of us shipping.
